Purchase Conditions

You may pay for your purchase by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of all products offered by Myogem Health Company, S.L. (“Myogem”) through the Internet. Purchasing products through this system implies, in any case, the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the Terms of Use. These General Terms of Use may be modified at any time by Myogem and will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the website.

Item Prices

The price of the items is indicated during the order process on the date of the order, clearly detailing the Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as shipping costs. Myogem reserves the right to modify prices and charges at any time, as well as to reject contracts in the event of any type of error (printing, calculation, or writing).

Payment Options

Payments made via credit card or PayPal will be charged immediately.

Cash-on-delivery payments will be collected at the time of delivery by the courier company.

Payments made by bank transfer will be charged according to interbank agreements. This may delay the shipping of the product until the bank confirms to Myogem that the transfer has been successfully completed.

The invoice will be sent along with the goods in the case of cash-on-delivery payment and will be available in the client area for other payment options or may be requested at info@myogemhealth.com

Orders

By placing an order (request), you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in the order under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the terms established on the website.
When placing the order, you must ensure that the information provided is complete and accurate.
The order does not constitute a binding contract until it is confirmed by Myogem.
Myogem reserves the right to reject orders at its sole discretion.
The data recorded by Myogem constitutes absolute proof of the order as well as the entire procedure.

Delivery

Confirmed orders by Myogem will be delivered directly to the address specified in the request, always within Spanish territory. Myogem will make its best efforts to ensure delivery within 10 days of the request. You must verify the condition and quantity of the supplied product and may notify any anomaly to Myogem within 7 days of receipt.

In the case of orders from outside Spain, delivery times will vary depending on each country and are delivered without the payment of customs duties. Therefore, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customers. If customers refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, they assume full responsibility for all costs involved in the process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the product if you are not satisfied with it within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. To do so, you must return the product in perfect condition, in its original packaging, along with all the documentation included in the packaging and inside it, as well as the purchase invoice. After due verification, Myogem will refund the amount paid for the product and any billed charges.

Limitation of Liability

The texts and photographs displayed on this website are not part of the contract; their sole function is to inform and assist. Myogem is not responsible for errors or omissions in texts or photographs. Without limiting the scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, any claim of any kind and for any reason made against Myogem will have a maximum limit of the purchase price invoiced for the products involved in the claim.
Myogem is in no case liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind that may arise in relation to the products, their use, sale, or the use of this website.

Myogem is aware of the value consumers place on their privacy.

Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. Both parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the province where Myogem’s registered office is located to resolve any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and application of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
